This was not a poll of Scottish people but sentiment on what people in England and Wales think about their neigbour leaving the United Kingdom.
So here’s what the poll said:
- 63% of people in England and Wales want Scotland to stick around
- 18% want Scotland to leave
- 28% said they don’t care
- 40% said the UK would be worse off without Scotland
I’m not sure what was the point of this poll but here are the full results. Some of the jam in GBP is in past few minutes was traders misinterpreting the results, I believe.
