The failure to reach 200 votes was completely expected a second vote on Dec 23 should also fail. The main event will be on December 29 when the threshold falls to 180 votes.
If it fails, an election will take place in late-January/early-February and the polls show anti-bailout party Syriza leading by 5 points.
The over/under on the vote was around 165 votes but with a Greek vote you never know. It will be take some heavy suitcases to reverse that vote.
The final tally was 160 for, 135 against and 5 absent. The chance of an election appears to be at least 80%.
