Letter to EU lawmakers from ECB's Draghi

ECB Draghi, in a letter to EU lawmaker, is saying that the ECB:

  • Can't do a full Greek debt-sustainability study
  • They do not have enough detail on Greek debt measures
  • He has serious concerns about Greek debt sustainability.

The effect is that without enough information, the inclusion of Greek debt in the ECB asset purchase program will not occur.
