The Feb German Ifo number at 82.6 is the lowest level on record (since 1991 when recording began). Not a good sign in the Euro zone’s largest economy. Surprisingly the EUR/USD seems to have shrugged it off having drifted back up to the 1.2760 level and looking like it wants to have another go at the 1.2780 level.
Interestingly enough though, the Feb Ifo Expectations number came in at 80.9, up from 79.5 in Jan.
