Justin has just popped up with a very important reminder:

  • there are extremely large expiries at 1.0500 rolling off (today, Friday) - potentially offering a bit of a pull there.

Justin posts option expires each day, those for Friday, December 13, 2024 can be seen here in the bottom row:

Take a close look at those for EUR/USD ... 7.4bn EUR @ 1.0500! And others in the billions also.
