Poloz to speak at 1900 GMT Wednesday

Late on Wednesday, Canadian dollar traders will look to BOC Governor Stephen Poloz for guidance on what's coming at the July 11 meeting.

The market is close to 50/50 on whether the BOC will hike or hold and it's up to Poloz to send a message.

I spoke to Reuters about the decision and the difficulty of handicapping the twists and turns of the Canadian central bank.
