I can't remember a time when the second day of testimony led to anything particularly revealing or market moving.

Expect the same opening statement and then a Q&A at about 25-minutes after the hour.

The only thing better about the House is that it's filled with a bunch of jokers who variously embarrass themselves by trying to score points on the economy on the Fed chairman, which can lead to the odd moment of hilarity.
