It's Twitter Q&A with Benoit Coeure of the ECB
He was asked whether the ECB eased or tightened this month.
Was then asked how they justified the new €60bn pace of QE when forecasts for core CPI were 1.9% in 2019.
Deflation risks largely disappeared but continued stimulus is needed, hence the 9m extension
Sounds like twaddle when the forecast for 2019 is a year after that. It shows that the ECB expect inflation to be back around target by the end of 2017 irrespective of forecasts.
The general gist of answers from Coeure are the stock answers Draghi has already given.
