ECB's Villeroy says rate hike could take place at the earliest "through the summer of 2019"

• Rate hike could take place at the time depending on inflation outlook
• Net asset purchases should end in December

No surprises there, the same message being reiterated time and time again since the June meeting. Draghi is due to speak next in Frankfurt at the top of the hour but he'll be delivering opening remarks at the 9th ECB Statistics Conference. I don't expect him to touch on monetary policy and even if he does, it shouldn't be too in detail or offer anything new.
