Comments from Italian ECB governing council member Visco:

  • There have been risks in the Eurozone
  • Deflation risks have been reduced in the past
  • Inflation risks are lower than 9 months ago
  • Has spoken to Yellen about topic of communication

He doesn't sound like someone who is raring to unleash another round of QE.

There is non-stop talk about more ECB easing but I just don't see the appetite for it at the ECB and that's part of the reason why the euro has been so strong.
