- All respondents expect Fed to start taper tomorrow
- GDP is forecast to grow 2.2 percent this year and 2.6 percent in 2018
- 45% said they see little connection between unemployment and inflation
- 10-year yield forecast to finish year at 2.42% compared to 2.22% now
- 38% expect Yellen to be reappointed, and 60% say she should be reappointed
- Warsh is a close second as pick of 34% of respondents

The boldest is the most-notable too me, because seemingly only 5% of central bankers are even talking about it.
"The Phillips curve is dead," said Allen Sinai, chief global economist and strategist at Decision Economics, predicting "relatively low inflation for a long, long time because of technology."
