Euro dips again as Draghi says ECB will shift to other instruments

The euro jumped back to unchanged on the day when Draghi said the ECB doesn't anticipate lowering rates further.

About 2 minutes later he said the ECB will shift to using other non-traditional instruments instead of interest rates and fresh euro selling hit in a quick 40 pip fall. Last at 1.0925.
