Voting member speaking in SF

Dallas Fed president William Kaplan is speaking in SF. He says:

  • Sees 2% GDP growth in 2017
  • Inflation has been sluggish , though that is not all that bad
  • Expect growth to take more slack out of the labor market
  • Inflation has been uneven and sluggish.

The comments are similar to ones he made back on May 30th.
