Fed's Kaplan to speak shortly

Kaplan will be interviewed on CNBC

CNBC is touting an interview with the Fed's Kaplan at 3 pm ET (1900GMT). In my experience, these interviews rarely take place at the advertised time but watch out for headlines some time in the next hour.

We heard from Kaplan on Tuesday when he said Fed's Kaplan sees 3-4 hikes before neutral interest rate reached.

In July, he said tariffs could mean downgrades to 2018/2019 growth forecasts.
