Fed's Powell: Significant appreciation of the dollar is having an impact

A few months ago, the Fed was dismissing fears of an economic drag from the strong US dollar but the rhetoric is slowly shifting. Powell noted an impact from the dollar and other officials like Fischer have been noting the dollar.
