Here's the list I have so far of global institutions whining about a potential Fed rate hike

1. The International Monetary Fund

  • IMF says Fed can afford to wait before raising rates

2. The World bank

  • Fed risks "panic and turmoil" if it hikes - World Bank chief economist

3. The Bank for International Settlements

  • BIS fears the financial system is "acutely vulnerable" to US monetary tightening

Bunch of bloviating, arse-covering, overpaid bureaucrats, the lot of 'em. World can't handle a quarter of one point (if that!) rate shade higher in the US ... after what (feels like) a decade at zero. Srsly?
