Bank of America are expecting a rate hike from the BoJ today, alongside an announcement of a reduction in Japanese Government Bond buying to JPY 3 trln a month.
As for USD/JPY, analysts at the bank see it dropping to 145 due to the narrowing of the interest rate rate differential between the US and Japan. That move to 145 is not expected today!
