- US tariffs have the potential to weaken European economy
- That will lead to lower consumption and reduced pressure on prices
- That makes me think we will have a reduction in growth and inflation
It's a bit of an opposing view on prices though most would agree on the impact on the economy at least. On the former though, it perhaps will depend if Europe chooses to retaliate back or the extent of said reply I guess. So, we'll have to see.
