The number in the column next to that, where is a number, is what is the consensus median expected.
The Bank of Japan monetary policy meeting is the focus. While the calendar list an 0300 GMT time for the BOJ statement this is only approximate. The BOJ does not have a set time for the announcement and statement. In the 0230 to 0330 GMT time window is usually a safe bet.
