- Inflation has moved sideways recently
- Need to wait and see to feel more confident on price outlook
- Fed is in a good position as labour market remains robust
- Should not rule out anything on policy path
If anything else, it just reaffirms that there is doubt lingering on what the Fed might do in the months ahead. But one can be sure that they definitely won't be moving in June and July at least.
