JPMorgan senior exec Rohrbaugh is Co-CEO for the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) as well a member of the firm's Operating Committee:

• says the Fed is unlikely to cut interest rates
• rate cuts are likely to be delayed beyond market expectations
