Fed chair Powell is set to deliver his semi-annual Humphrey Hwakish speech in the Senate at 9:30 am ET. Generally, his prepared comments are released ahead of time and some are watching out for that at the bottom of the hour.
Normally, they're released in the afternoon of the day before but that wasn't the case this time.
