Yuan continues its slide - USD/CNH circa 6.87

The People's Bank of China is staying out of the way of the falling yuan, today's mid-rate:

  • PBOC sets USD/ CNY central rate at 6.8523 (vs. estimate at 6.8538)

Offshore yuan (CNH) is back its recent low and looks set for further losses. & is not too far away at all:
