Abe's stimulus package is expected to include around JPY 7 trln in spending

Japanese local government sources cited by Reuters/Bloomberg 28 July

• Japanese govt to fund about JPY 7 trln of its 28 trln + package via driect/local govt spending
• no time period specified over which spending would be made
• the money will be part of the JPY 13 trln fiscal measures

Abe yet to reveal the nature of the 15 trln balance but he has said all will be unveiled next week.
