UK Junior Brexit minister: Re-opening the withdrawal agreement

Brexit is within reach and possible and there are now discussions about re-opening the withdrawal agreement. GBPUSD pops up to 1.2340 on the headline.

Some upbeat comments here that the Withdrawal agreement is being re-opened. However, I am not sure it is worth getting too excited about. It is the Junior Brexit minister and I am not sure if the EU will be open to the WA to be re-opened.
