AUD/JPY technicals: 50% touched but holds

For whatever strange reason, the 50% retracement level seems to work much better with the JPY related pairs than with any others. The 50% retracement of the vertical fall from 84.47 to 71.88 comes in at 78.17 and that was the exact high a few minutes ago. This level was also a prior low so its little wonder that the big stops are supposed to be placed tight above there.
