It looks like this was the level that the real money funds chose to enter the market at. There was a huge battle overnight just below .8600 and while it eventually broke above it, it couldn’t maintain those gains and swiftly fell back. Now this morning we’ve seen the market unable to break back above there. Technically it still looks like a s/t ‘buy-dip’ scenario and a medium-term ‘sell-rally’ one. If these real money funds enter the market in size, then they are game changers as we saw a few months ago at .92/.93.
