Australia house prices in November higher in cities and regional areas

• Capital city index +0.7% m/m (prior +0.2%) and +2.4% y/y

Regional prices were up +1.4% m/m in November - the rapid (relative) gains in non-capital city areas are being attributed to folks freaking out about the covid and seeking to escape the city.
