Yep, says the government 'continues to engage' with S&P on the AAA rating.

If by 'continues to engage' he means beg and grovel, then I suppose so. The AAA rating is a hot political topic, and of course is simplistically boiled down for TV soundbite consumption to "AAA good, not-AAA bad".
