LONDON (MNI) – The Bank of England got 2.21 cover at Wednesday’s
10 to 25 year reverse gilt auction, a shade below the cover seen at
Tuesday over 25 year auction.
There were no offers received, once again, from the non-competitive
sector. The central bank bought some of all seven gilts on offer, with
the largest amount accepted stg783 million in the 4.0% 2022.
