Brexit divorce bill - Johnson says UK should only pay to EU what the legal obligations are

• we should not pay a penny more or a penny less than our legal obligations
• some of the sums for Brexit bill seem very high
• have to meet out legal obligations in EU talks on the sums involved but as UK sees obligations

Last time BoJo was let loose he said the Brexit bill was "extortionate" and EU "could go whistle" for any more.
