Cable tested and rejected the Carney spike of 1.6135, at least so far.
The last dollar wilt pushed the pair to 1.6132 but the days of easy cable gains look to be over with the slide back to 1.6110. It’s getting late in the day in London so that could be all she wrote. If so, look for a further retracement below 1.6090.
If the top breaks, there ar emore offers, said to be large at 1.6145/50 with more at 1.6170/80. There’s some demand around 1.6065, which is the post-Carney retracement.
