The Canada existing home sales fell -2.1% MoM. There were no estimates for the number. The decline is better than the prior month at -6.7%.

• The average home price fell 0.3% in July from a year earlier.
• Toronto home prices down -4.7% on month. Up 18.1% on the year
• Vancouver home prices up 2.1% on month and +8.7% on the year.
