Canada to propose non-Europeans will have veto over European IMF aid

Canadian finance minister Jim Flaherty says Canada will propose that non-European countries should have a collective veto when European countries ask for aid.

It’s another sign of a rift at the IMF.

Separately, Juncker says he hopes to have an IMF funding deal this weekend.
