Housing data from StatsCan:
Average house prices in the month were little changed in March compared to the +0.1% consensus estimate. Most interesting was regional data for Calgary, which is the home of Canada's oil industry. Prices fell 0.4% m/m there (but were still up 2.8% y/y). It was the first monthly decline since 2011.
Nationally, prices rose 1.2% y/y.
