Chief US NAFTA negotiator wants substantial changes that benefits all Americans

U.S. chief negotiator John Melle remarks crossing (via Reuters):

• United States to move forward with additional new text proposals in third round of NAFTA talks in Ottawa
• With progress made in several areas in first two rounds of NAFTA talks, negotiations moving to "more challenging" issues in Ottawa
• US committed to advancing and negotiating substantial changes to NAFTAfor an agreement that benefits all Americans
