Chinese Presidents’ proposals for tackling global financial crisis

President Hu Jintao at the BRIC meetings in Russia said nothing unexpected but it’s the ommission of any mention of the global reserve currency issue which is most interesting. The lays out in his proposal the 4 main steps which the BRIC nations can take to speed up the international recovery.
