CLG: UK July House Prices +0.3% M/M; -1.5% Y/Y

LONDON (MNI) – UK house prices were 0.3% higher in July from June
and stood 1.5% down on July 2010, Communities and Local Government
said today.

The comments followed the release of the RICS survey of surveyors’
price expectations overnight, which showed continued weakness in
the UK housing market.
