David Cameron, the leader of the Conservative Party in the UK, will deliver the keynote speech at his Party’s annual conference in Manchester later today.

In his speech he will reveal his vision as to what a Government under his leadership would look like should the Conservatives win next years General Election in the UK. No date has been set for the UK General Election but it has to be before June next year.
