Nissan beats, Toyota misses
Toyota reported that September auto sales were up 1.5% m/m. That's a solid number but just short of the +2.0% forecast.
Nissan was out earlier and reported a 4.9% rise compared to a -1.4% forecast.
Overall domestic sales are forecast at 5.00M compared to 4.91M in August. The numbers are released late in the day after each of the manufacturers has reported sales.
