The economic data calendar is bare for the majors in Asia today.

We will be hearing from Neel Kashkari, head of the Minneapolis Federal Reserve

Kashkari dissented at the most recent Federal Open Market Committee rate hike meeting - so its unlikely he'll be making many hawkish noises today.
