Oh, here's something. My sleep-deprived eyes read 'CIA Conference in Beijing'. Nobody is sleep-deprived enough not to do a double take on that though, right?

It's a CICA Conference ... which is Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA). 26 member to discuss regional security and development issues. China is the current chair of the conference.
