This is not the first time Mr Mirow has voiced his deep misgivings regarding the economic plight of Eastern Europe.
At a financial conference organised by Die Zeit, EBRD President Thomas Mirow warned “The economic situation in Russia and Ukraine is worrying” adding for emphasis “Even more worrying than Russia is Ukraine.”
