Who's going to pony up for Greek bailout no.3?
- IMF signalled it may participate in bailout
- Doesn't think ESM alone will fund €86bn for Greece
- Nominal debt cut is not on the agenda
- Can discuss maturity extension to ease Greek debt load
- Can't guarantee success of the Greek program
- Election should lead to more political stability (Wasn't that supposed to happen last time?)
- Doesn't see ESM lending rates below refi costs
Just pour the money in already
