Closing changes for the main European equity indexes:

- German DAX +2.15%
- French CAC +2.2%
- Spain IBEX +1.2%
- Italy MIB +2.4%
This rally is all about the hope for another few basis points from Draghi but at some point borrowing at a fractionally lower rate isn't going to make up for a lack of growth.
