Dealers tell me that there are some very decent sized bids close to current levels around 1.2670/75 but that there are also fairly big stops tight below here, under 1.2655/60.
The fact that EUR/USD has been unable to produce any significant bounce over the last 24 hours suggests that it’s only a matter of time before the stops get done.
