Barnier lays down the law

  • If UK stays in single market in transition period, clear that all regulator architecture of market must be maintained through the transition, without exception
  • EU must decide if Brexit transition is in its interests

It would be a great gambit if they said to the UK, "get our, or stay in," no transition.
