Absolutely nothing (publicly) came of the meeting between China’s Wen and Obama in New York today.
A similar meeting is scheduled for early evening between Japan’s Kan and Obama as well. There have been some jitters in the market that Obama will browbeat Kan over intervention at that meeting.
