Cable took out the psychological support level at 1.4000 and triggered barriers and a round of stops below that level as the greenback firms across the baord and nears its November higher versus the broad US dollar index.
Next support for the pound is at 1.3926, followed by 1.3842, the 76.4% retracement of the 1.3498/1.4977 rally.
