France To Sell E7.5-E8.5 Bln BTANs,E1.5-E Bln Linkers Oct. 21

PARIS (MNI) – The French Treasury (AFT) said Friday that it will
sell between E7.5 billion to E8.5 billion worth of 2-, 3- and 5-year
BTANs at its next auction on October 21, at 850 GMT/450 EDT.

The Treasury will also sell E1.5 billion to E2.0 billion worth of
9-, 12- and 13-year inflation linked bonds on the same date, at 0950
GMT/0550 EDT. Settlement for all securities auctioned on that date will
be October 26, the Treasury said.

The Treasury said it will sell the following securities:

–0.75% BTAN, maturing 9/20/2012
–4.5% BTAN, maturing 7/12/2013
–2% BTAN, maturing 7/12/2015
–1.3% OATi, maturing 7/25/2019
–1.10% OATei, maturing 7/25/2022
–2.1% OATi, maturing 7/25/2023
